Born and raised in Burlington, Vermont, Laura went on to graduate from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. In the Fall of 2005, she lived in Florence, Italy, and fell in love with the Italian culture and language.
During her time in Italy, she traveled extensively throughout the rest of Europe, and then returned again as a backpacker in 2007 following a month-long trek through Southeast Asia.
At Music Contact International, Laura is a Project Manager. She also handles all logistics of the Charleston International Festival of Choirs, which continues to be a huge success year after year!

Pets? 2 kitties – Luna and Maeve are sisters that were rescued from living under a dumpster in the woods when they were only 4 weeks old

At 6pm? Making dinner with my husband.
What are you most likely to be doing on a Saturday afternoon? You can usually find me somewhere outside - walking, sledding in the winter, biking, swimming in the summer, roaming…
Typical breakfast? Oatmeal with honey or maple syrup, or a delicious smoothie and some almonds
What are you looking forward to in the coming year? Returning to Ireland with another great group!
Favorite performance tour venue/ destination? The Cantus Salisburgensis Festival is lovely
If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you be? Right this second I would love to be bicycling in the Aran Islands, Ireland.
Best packing trick? Pack and re-pack at least two or three times – you always find something that you realize you won’t need.
