  • 8:35am Flight Group #1 arrives in Glasgow.
  • Flight Group #1 meets your Music Contact International tour managers and local guides in the airport arrivals area. Together, meet your waiting motor coaches and transfer to Edinburgh, where you will embark on a guided sightseeing tour.
  • 1:00pm Flight Group #1’s tour concludes in Edinburgh’s city center, where you will have free time in the Princes Street area to have lunch and explore in chaperoned groups.
  • 3:30pm Flight Group #1 reconvenes as a group and transfers to your hotel by motor coach.
  • 4:00pm Flight Group #1 arrives at your hotel to check in.


  • 10:45am Flight Group #2 arrives in Amsterdam and transfers to your connecting flight.
  • 12:20pm Flight Group #2 departs Amsterdam on KLM flight #1475 bound for Glasgow.
  • 12:55pm Flight Group #2 arrives in Glasgow.
  • Flight Group #2 meets your Music Contact International tour manager and local guides in the airport arrivals area. Together, meet your waiting motor coaches and transfer to Edinburgh, where you will embark on a guided sightseeing tour.
  • 5:30pm Flight Group #2's tour concludes at your hotel, where you will check in.

  • 6:40pm Reconvene as a group outside the hotel on your motor coaches. Transfer by motor coach to the Spirit of Scotland.
  • 7:00pm A special welcome dinner is served to your ensemble at the Spirit of Scotland. To celebrate your first night in Scotland, enjoy live Scottish music and dancing to accompany a traditional Scottish meal.
  • 9:00pm When dinner concludes, return to your hotel by motor coach.

  • 9:15a Embark on a guided tour of Edinburgh Castle.
  • 10:30a- 10:45a When your castle tour concludes, walk together to St. Giles’ Cathedral in Edinburgh’s Old Town.
  • 11:00a- 11:45a Arrive at St. Giles’ Cathedral and rehearse for your midday performance.
  • 12:00p- 12:15p Attend service at St. Giles’ Cathedral.
  • 12:15p- 12:45p Following the service, the Walton High School Tour Choir will perform a concert at St. Giles’ Cathedral.
  • 12:45p Following the concert, enjoy free time for lunch in chaperoned groups in Edinburgh’s Old Town.

    Reconvene as a group and transfer on foot to the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the official Scottish residence of Her Majesty The Queen.
  • 3:30p Embark on a guided tour of the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
  • 5:00p Following the tour, transfer by motor coach to Edinburgh’s city center, where you will have free time for dinner in chaperoned groups.
  • 6:45p Reconvene as a group and transfer on foot to the National Centre for Dance.
  • 7:00p Enjoy Ceilidh dancing lessons during which expert instructors will teach you this traditional Scottish dance.
  • 9:00p Return to your hotel on foot.

  • 6:15a Gather in the lobby with packed luggage. Retrieve your boxed breakfasts, load your motor coaches, and depart for Cairnryan (travel time is approximately 4 hours, including a rest stop).
  • 10:30a Arrive in Cairnryan. With your luggage, check in, proceed through security, and board your ferry to Larne in Northern Ireland.
  • 11:30a Depart Cairnryan for Belfast. There will be time for lunch at leisure during the ride.
  • 1:52p Arrive in Belfast. Welcome to Northern Ireland! Disembark from the ferry, load your Irish motor coaches, and meet your driver/guides.
  • 2:30p Embark on a guided sightseeing tour of Belfast.
  • 4:00p Arrive at your hotel and check in:

    Reconvene as a group and return to your hotel on foot.

  • 8:15a Gather in the lobby dressed in touring concert attire and depart for St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Armagh, Ireland’s spiritual capital (travel time is approximately 50 minutes).
  • 9:30a- 9:50a Arrive at St. Patrick’s Cathedral and prepare for your performance.
  • 10:00a Attend the morning worship service at St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
  • 10:45a The worship service concludes. St. Catherine’s College Senior Choir and Walton High School Tour Choir will perform a postlude to the service.
  • 11:30a- 11:45a (est.) When the service concludes, return to Belfast. Enjoy boxed lunches en route.
  • 12:20p- 12:35p (est.) Arrive in Belfast and enjoy brief free time in the city center.


  • Reconvene as a group and transfer to Titanic Belfast.
  • 2:30p Arrive at Titanic Belfast.
  • 2:45p Coach 1 begins the Titanic Experience, with an audioguide.
  • 3:00p Coach 2 begins the Titanic Experience, with an audioguide.
  • 3:15p Coach 3 begins the Titanic Experience, with an audioguide.

    After the Titanic Experience, transfer by motor coach to the city center.

    Enjoy free time in chaperoned groups to explore the Belfast Christmas Market at Donegall Square. Next, have dinner at leisure in chaperoned groups.

    Reconvene as a group and return to your hotel on foot.

  • 8:00a Dressed in touring concert attire, gather in the lobby with packed luggage. Load your motor coaches and depart for Dublin, Ireland (travel time is approximately 2 hours). A stop will be made en route to use restrooms and perhaps grab a coffee or snack. As you approach Dublin, your driver/guide will orient you to the city and some of its noteworthy sights.
  • 10:45a Meet your local guide upon arrival in Dublin and visit Trinity College and visit the Book of Kells.

    Continue on to St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
  • 12:30- 12:50p Arrive at St. Patrick’s Cathedral and prepare for your midday performance.
  • 1:00- 1:30p The Walton High School Tour Choir will perform a concert at St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
  • 1:30p When your performance concludes, transfer by motor coach to the Grafton Street area and enjoy free time for lunch in chaperoned groups.

    Reconvene as a group and make your way to the Irish Dance Party. En route, your driver/guide will continue to point out the city’s landmarks.
  • 5:00p Your tour concludes at the Irish Dance Party, an Irish music and dance workshop.
  • 6:30p Your workshop concludes. Transfer by motor coach to your hotel to check in:

  • 9:30a Arrive at Our Lady of Mercy and prepare for your performance in the school hall.
  • 9:50a Enjoy a welcome from the school principal and a meet and greet with your host students.
  • 10:30- 11:00a The Walton High School Tour Choir will perform a concert for Our Lady of Mercy.
  • 11:30a Continue on to County Wicklow. Enjoy the scenic views of the Irish countryside as you head to Glendalough, home to one of the most important monastic settlements in Ireland. Boxed lunches will be provided en route.
  • 12:30p Arrive at Glendalough and enjoy time to explore the settlement.
  • 12:30p Coach 1 will watch an introductory video.
    12:45p Coach 2 will watch an introductory video.
    1:00p Coach 3 will watch an introductory video.
  • 1:45p- 2:00p Reconvene as a group and continue on to Bray, a seaside town in County Wicklow.
  • 2:30p- 2:45p Enjoy free time in Bray to have a snack and explore.
  • 4:00p Return to Dublin for once last opportunity to visit the Grafton Street area.
  • 6:15p Reconvene as a group and depart for the Merry Ploughboy, “the best Irish music and dancing show in Ireland”.
  • 7:00p Arrive at the Merry Ploughboy and culminate your tour with a festive farewell dinner accompanied by live music and dancing.
  • 10:00p Return to your hotel.

  • 6:26pm Flight Group #1 arrives in Atlanta. Welcome home!
